Refund policy

Due to the nature of our hair products and for the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened items. Once the product has been opened, we cannot resell it due to hygiene concerns. 

All sales are final on opened and used items. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns about our products before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.  

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within five days of receiving your order at alchemyessence4@gmail.com. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund for damaged goods. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within five days) if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return questions at alchemyessence4@gmail.com.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
In compliance with EU regulations, EU customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, this right does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery. 

If your product remains unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at alchemyessence4@gmail.com.
